Bought this for my 8-year-old and the adjustable snapback actually stays put through a whole day of running around. Denim front panel seems sturdy enough to survive recess, and the red and white patch looks sharp in person.
The green mesh back actually keeps my son's head from getting sweaty during recess, which was my whole reason for buying a trucker style. The denim front panel looks even better in person than in the photos.
