Wasn't sure how the velvet would feel in summer but the mesh back actually keeps it from getting sweaty. The orange cheetah print is way more vivid in person than the photos suggested.
The velvet on the front panel is genuinely soft and the cheetah print is a lot more vibrant in person than the photos let on. Mesh back keeps it from getting sweaty on hot days. Only gripe is the snapback strap feels a little flimsy, but it holds fine once adjusted.
