I've been using it as a crossbody all week and the strap length is perfect for running errands. The zipper pouch inside actually holds my keys and lip balm without everything sliding around.

The light pink fur is softer than I expected and the crossbody strap makes it easy to carry hands-free. Only gripe is the zipper pouch inside is small, barely fits my phone and keys. Still cute enough that I use it almost every weekend.
