I clip the crossbody strap on for errands and switch to the top handles when I'm carrying it into work, so it actually works both ways. The inside zipper pouch keeps my keys from scratching my phone. Pink was a bit of a gamble for me but it looks way better in person.

The sherpa material is so soft I keep petting it, and the crossbody strap makes it easy to wear hands-free while shopping. The little zipper pouch inside keeps my keys from getting lost in the main compartment.
