Bought this for my 6-year-old and the adjustable snapback actually stays put during recess, which is rare. The denim front panel has held up through two washes without fading, and the green apple color is even nicer in person.
My son refuses to take this hat off, and I get it—the green mesh back keeps his head cool during recess while the denim front holds its shape wash after wash. The snapback adjuster is easy enough for him to click himself, which is a win for a picky five-year-old.
