The inside zip pouch is perfect for keeping my keys and cards from getting lost in the fluff. I wore it as a crossbody all day and the strap never dug into my shoulder.

The sherpa is thick and cozy, and the green is a bit deeper than the photos suggest, but I actually prefer it. The crossbody strap is handy, though I mostly use the top handles.
